We offer Click and Collect from our Abbotsford Office / Warehouse to all Melbourne locals. Our pick up times are 10am - 4pm Monday to Thursday. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation email with you and ring the doorbell upon arrival.

International Shipping (excl. USA)

Please note orders shipped via Australia Post will be handled by your local national shipping company upon arrival in the destination company. 
All international orders are subject to the payment of duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Halcyon Nights. 


USA Shipping *New Charges

First off, hello over there! For orders to the USA, shipping via DHL Express is available at checkout. 
Rates are calculate directly via DHL. 
ALL orders to the USA are subject to duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer upon arrival to the USA. 
Due to the new tariffs imposed by the US Government, you may be invoiced by DHL for these additional charges after purchasing.  These charges are in additional to shipping costs and consist of import tariffs defined by the US Government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Halcyon Nights. Customers who reject their shipment or refuse to pay import tariffs, taxes and duties will not be refunded.
Halcyon Nights products are manufactured in China, and so any applicable tariffs on products manufactured in China will apply.


US Tariffs for goods manufactured in China / Hong Kong

Currently (until some time in August 2025) if you order products that were made in China or Hong Kong, you could be charged :
Up to 20% general tariff (varies depending on product type)
+
30% ‘made in China' tariff
+
$17 DHL processing fee
For example, if you order an item worth $100, that was made in China, you could be charged:
$16.50 general tariff
+
$30 ‘made in China’ tariff
+
$17 DHL processing fee
=
Total $63.50
This is an example only of the additional charges that you may be required to pay upon arrival.

Customs & duties

International orders may require payment of duties and taxes upon arrival. Halcyon Nights does not have any control or influence over duties and taxes. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer placing the order.
Customers who reject their shipment or refuse to pay import tariffs, taxes and duties will not be refunded.

Returns Policy

Any item can be exchanged for another product or credit note if it is returned within 14 days of purchase and was purchased at full price. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs to return the item to Halcyon Nights are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'.


There is no exchange on Sale items

If the item is deemed 'not fit for purpose', or is damaged in someway, a refund can be issued. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for a 'change of mind'.


Faulty Items

In the case that your item is found faulty, we are more than happy to replace your item. For internal production purposes we require a photo of the faulty item and the fault shown as clearly as possible.

In your email, please be sure to include your order number. If your items were a gift please ask for the receipt, and forward a copy of the receipt to us, if the gift was ordered online through us an order number will do.

We will notify you once your item has been received. When returning goods we recommend using a tracked service.
