We offer Click and Collect from our Northcote warehouse to all Melbourne locals. Our pick up times are 10am - 3pm weekdays. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation email with you and follow the goverment covid rules (check in and wear a mask) upon arrival.
We entrust our domestic orders to the good people at Australia Post, using their Registered Service to offer fast & safe delivery.
First off, hello over there! For international orders please visit the check out and shipping will be automatically calculated for you.
To our wonderful international customers, we ship our international parcels daily with Australia Post. If you are in the (EU), you may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent from outside the European Union (EU) before you can collect them.
The same duties may apply if you're located in Canada.

International Economy Does Not Provide Tracking
Sad but true! This is the cheapest way to send your goodies overseas but after they leave us we won't know when they are coming to you. For a few dollars more we will be given a tracking number which we feel is much safer but it is up to you :) We will take the best care either way.
Any item can be exchanged for another product or credit note if it is returned within 14 days of purchase and was purchased at full price. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs to return the item to Halcyon Nights are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Unfortunatley we do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'.
Parcel deliveries to both Ireland and China will sadly remain suspended until further notice. We've been notified by Australia Post authorities that any parcels sent to either of these locations will be returned, wherever return details are available.
If your parcel has already been shipped, all senders will be able to claim a postage refund for returned items via our Customer Service.

There is no exchange on Sale items
If the item is deemed 'not fit for purpose', or is damaged in someway, a refund can be issued. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for a 'change of mind'.
In the case that your item is found faulty, we are more than happy to replace your item. For internal production purposes we require a photo of the faulty item and the fault shown as clearly as possible.
All returns, exchange and faulty queries are to be directed to : email@example.com In your email, please be sure to include your order number. If your items were a gift please ask for the receipt, and forward a copy of the receipt to us, if the gift was ordered online through us an order number will do.
We will notify you once your item has been received. When returning goods we recommend using a tracked service.
