Refund policy

Any item can be exchanged for another product or credit note if it is returned within 14 days of purchase and was purchased at full price. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs to return the item to Halcyon Nights are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

There is no exchange on Sale items
If the item is deemed 'not fit for purpose', or is damaged in someway, a refund can be issued. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for a 'change of mind'.

Black Friday Returns Policy
• ALL sales are final sale [No refunds or exchanges]. 
• Due to increased volume of orders — items cannot be modified during the fulfilment process [this includes adding, removing or modifying styles or sizes].

Faulty Items
In the case that your item is found faulty, we are more than happy to replace your item. For internal production purposes we require a photo of the faulty item and the fault shown as clearly as possible.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
ALL international orders are subject to duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer upon arrival to the delivery address. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Halcyon Nights. Customers who reject their shipment or refuse to pay import tariffs, taxes and duties will not be refunded.

If your items were a gift please ask for the receipt, and forward a copy of the receipt to us, if the gift was ordered online through us an order number will do.

We will notify you once your item has been received. When returning goods we recommend using a tracked service.
