Click and Collect
We offer Click and Collect from our Abbotsford Office / Warehouse to all Melbourne locals. Our pick up times are 10am - 4pm Monday to Thursday. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation email with you and ring the doorbell upon arrival.

Australian Shipping
First off, hello over there! For international orders, shipping via Australia Post and DHL Express is available at checkout. Rates are calculated directly via the carrier 


International Shipping (excl. USA)
First off, hello over there! For all international orders, shipping via DHL Express is available at checkout. 
Rates are calculate directly via DHL. 
ALL international orders are subject to duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer. These charges differ per country and region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Halcyon Nights. 
ALL duties and taxes charges are now charged at checkout and are powered / calculated by Shopify. [As at 20/11/25]
As duties and taxes are charged at checkout, all shipments are sent via a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means that all duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price you pay at checkout—so your order arrives without any surprise charges at the door.
These duties and taxes are paid directly to your local customs authority and are non-refundable in the event of a return.


USA Shipping *New Charges

Due to the new tariffs imposed by the US Government, you may notice that the duties and taxes charges associated with your order are higher than in the past. These charges are in additional to shipping costs and consist of import tariffs defined by the US Government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Halcyon Nights. 
Halcyon Nights products are manufactured in China, and so any applicable tariffs on products manufactured in China will apply.


US Tariffs for goods manufactured in China / Hong Kong
Currently (until some time in August 2025) if you order products that were made in China or Hong Kong, you could be charged :
Up to 20% general tariff (varies depending on product type)

30% ‘made in China' tariff
+
$17 DHL processing fee
For example, if you order an item worth $100, that was made in China, you could be charged:
$16.50 general tariff
+
$30 ‘made in China’ tariff
+
$17 DHL processing fee
=
Total $63.50

Black Friday Shipping
Due to increased volume of orders, expect delays in fulfilment. Orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days from time of order. Please note: Express Shipping will be prioritised. 
Due to increased volume of orders across shipping networks [DHL & Australia Post], you can expect slight delays with shipping too.
